(1) The resistance of dust collectors and other equipment and the cleaning cycle. The inlet dust concentration increases, and the equipment resistance increases under the same filter area. In order to maintain a certain equipment resistance, the cleaning cycle is also shortened accordingly;
(2) Abrasion of the filter material and box body inside the h13 filter dust collector. In the high concentration of dust with strong abrasion, the amount of wear is proportional to the concentration of dust. At the entrance of the dust collector, there should be diversion and wear-resistant treatment technologies, such as sintered dust, alumina powder, silica sand powder, etc.
(3) Know the gas filter dust collector and filter wind pressure speed in advance. In the case of high dust concentration at the inlet, a lower filtering wind speed should be designed, but if a structure with a primary sedimentation function is designed, the pre-dust collector can also be eliminated;
(4) Dust collector cleaning device. The ash discharge capacity is based on the ability to discharge all the collected dust. The discharged dust volume is equal to the product of the difference between the inlet and outlet dust concentration and the processing air volume. The capacity of the multi-stage ash discharge device should be designed to be greater than the previous Ash capacity shall prevail.
Exhausted gas dust concentration
The dust concentration of the exhausted gas must be lower than the specified value of environmental protection regulations and national health standards. The dust concentration at the outlet of the bag filter varies according to the structure of the filter, the type of filter material, and the nature of the dust, generally between 1-50mg/m3. In the case of hazardous substances such as lead and cadmium, the outlet concentration is required to be particularly low. In the design, different dust collector structures and filter materials should be selected according to different uses and process characteristics.
