Pure-Air pulse filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, injection valve, injection pipe, etc. The filter cartridge is folded and rolled by polyester fiber. The lower end is closed, and the center of the upper end faces the lower mouth of the blowing pipe. 

After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, the airflow speed slows down, and the coarse particles leave the airflow and settle into the dust collection chamber, and the fine dust is blocked when the airflow passes through the filter cartridge. On the outer surface of the cylinder, the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet; when the dust layer on the surface of the filter cylinder is thick, the pulse controller sends an instruction to open the injection valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is ejected at a high speed through the injection pipe, and at the same time induces several times the injection volume.

The surrounding air enters the filter cartridge and shoots out quickly, blowing the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge into the dust collection chamber, and finally discharged from the ash hopper. The dust removal of the dust collector adopts the pulse injection method, which not only achieves complete dust removal, but also does not damage the filter cartridge, so that the service life of the filter cartridge can be guaranteed. The ash cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller, which can be controlled by pressure difference or time.
