In the soldering industry, a word that we are particularly concerned about is occupational disease. For office white-collar workers, a lot of exercise and frequent activities can avoid lumbar disc damage caused by prolonged sitting. For example, what is the harm to the body of artificial solder that we are going to talk about today? Automatic soldering machine to alleviate this hazard!

The raw materials of solder are generally tin wire and solder paste. After being heated and melted by an electric soldering iron, the product is spot welded and tinned. So what is the harm of artificial soldering to the body? PURE-AIR, Solder Fume Filter!

Most of the tin wires on the market have rosin inside. The rosin itself is a chemical product, and it will produce toxic gas during the heating process, which is very harmful to human lungs, liver, kidneys and other functions. A small amount of radiation will also be generated when the solder is heated with an electric soldering iron. Radiation has a certain impact on the internal organs of the human body. Especially, the long-term exposure of women is not conducive to the normal development of the embryo. The smoke generated when the solder is heated will produce a large amount of tin smoke, and the tin smoke is also very harmful to the eyes. Long-term contact will lead to decreased vision, thereby weakening the ability to distinguish colors. In the process of heating raw materials, toxic gases will be released. Now the solder generally used in processing has a low melting point, and the composition contains 60% lead and about 40% tin, so both tin wire and solder paste are themselves toxic.

There are several suggested solutions for health problems:

Work for an hour and rest for 10-15 minutes to relieve fatigue and not be overworked. Usually when soldering, you can wear a mask to avoid directly inhaling a lot of tin fume and toxic gas. Comes with a PURE-AIR solder fume filter.
