1) Before starting operation, you need to open the door under the machine and pull out the drawer, which has10KG ore powder inside.Please disassembled and poured only 5KG ore powder into the drawer evenly. Use the remaining 5KG for future replacement;

2) Before the laser machine is turned on, please firstly turn on the fume extractor for 5 minutes, so that the ore powder in the drawer is first adsorbed to the surface of the filter cartridge. Use this to protect the filter cartridge and prevent the filter cartridge from directly contacting the viscous smoke and causing clogging;

3) The gear of the fume extractor needs to be adjusted to 8-10 gear, so as to ensure that the purifier has a suitable flow rate and negative pressure to absorb the ore powder in the drawer to the surface of the filter cartridge;

4) The machine stops after 2 hours of continuous work, please connect compressed air, do not cut off the main power supply, the machine will automatically clean the dust for 6 minutes. This must be done every day after shutting down. Machine can not be unclean for a long time, as to clean often can avoid the dust stick to the filter cartridge so that increase filter life.
