This is a  of the automatic cleaning function after machine shutdown, and the cleaning time is about 6 minutes. The specific operations are as follows:

When the machine is running, connect the compressed air port on the left side of the air pressure regulating valve to the air compressor and ventilate. The air pressure regulating valve will display the current air pressure value.

When the machine has been working continuously for more than 2 hours, stop it (do not turn off the main power of the machine, just turn the black selector switch counterclockwise to the OFF position), then the machine will run the automatic cleaning function. The pulse controller inside the machine is started, and the pulse valve starts to use the compressed air to spray the inside of the filter cartridge through the screw nozzle, so that the soot and ore powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge are detached, and the substances are prevented from adsorbing on the surface of the filter cartridge for a long time to form agglomerates. It is difficult to clean and block the filter cartridge.

At the same time of cleaning, the blower of the machine is maintained at about 10% of the air volume, so as to avoid the outward spillage of the ore powder during pulse injection. At the same time, the air inlet of the machine has also been specially designed to prevent the ore powder from overflowing during the pulse injection.

When the filter cartridge is used for a long time, the automatic cleaning time is not enough or the cleaning is not very thorough, the manual cleaning function can be used. Connect the compressed air port on the left side of the air pressure regulator to the air compressor and ventilate. The air pressure regulator will display the current air pressure value. Rotate the selector switch counterclockwise to the left cleaning direction, the green clear indicator will light up, and the manual cleaning function will start running. The running time can be controlled by itself, and the system has

no time regulations. After the manual cleaning is completed, turn the selector switch clockwise to the running direction and the machine will run normally.
